This story is about transformation, not about the sale. It's about how Bradbury Estate Realty is not your typical real estate company. Originally priced at $599,900 in October, 2020 , we helped our clients make the most out of their home after it didn't sell. This project is a full renovation with our designer Mackenzie's choices and project managed by team Bradbury. In the end, with an $80,000 investment, our beautiful townhouse sold for over $865,000.
